Our Insider community is made up of over 4000 Dojo customers, and is still growing.
So far in 2023 we've gathered over 5000 pieces of valuable feedback from our Insiders which have helped us develop new features and improvements to Dojo, such as:
- Dojo Insiders told us that having a declined sound for payment failures or authentication issues helps to avoid the risk of lost payments and contributes to the smooth running of your businesses. Following a successful trial period, we officially launched this feature to all our customers in April 2023.
- We launched cashback at our Insiders' request in January 2023, free of charge. Learn more about how to cashback.

Dojo Insiders are business owners like you who want to be the first to try new products and help make Dojo even better. All you have to do is answer quick and occasional surveys, if or when you have the time. Insiders may also have opportunities to take part in interviews, panels and focus groups that provide more in-depth discussions. Your insights play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Dojo.
Using our text-based survey system, once you join the community you'll receive a maximum of three activities a month that ask for your feedback and opinion. Occasionally, you may also be get the opportunity to take part in research sessions, focus groups and panels. These are always optional and have a variety of different incentives.
We use data we collect from the community to make better decisions about our products and services. Everything you say and do on the community is confidential, so we won’t use it publicly in our marketing and communications without your explicit consent.
