Dojo automatically allocates tables to diners when they make bookings. By default, Dojo will fill each area in alphabetical order. You can organise your areas into an alternative priority order of which tables and areas you want to auto-allocate to guests first.
Prioritise Areas
You can prioritise which areas are auto-assigned to guests first, to do this, log in to your Dojo Bookings Account and select Settings. You will then need to go to Areas & Tables and then use the dropdown to assign a number priority. For example if you’d prefer your ‘Outside’ Area to be allocated before ‘Indoor’ ranking ‘Outside’ as “1” and ‘Indoor’ as “2” will mean guests are auto-allocated to the ‘Outside’ area first.
To prioritise which tables within an area are auto-allocated to guests first, you can use the drag and drop functionality to organise. Alternatively, using the three dots you can select ‘Move to top’ or ‘Move to bottom’ to move tables to the top or bottom of the priority list in one quick action.
