If no action is taken on a party’s booking, it will be marked as unresolved once the full seating time has elapsed.
Mark the party as a no-show or seated to make sure your records are up to date and your deposit policies are being followed correctly.
How to identify unresolved bookings
Unresolved bookings in your current service are marked as Late in the Parties list and highlighted in orange on the Planner tab.
To find unresolved bookings for previous days, click the dropdown menu at the top of the Parties list tab and select ‘Unresolved.’
How to action unresolved bookings
There are two ways to action an unresolved booking:

Mark the booking as a no-show
If the party didn’t arrive for their booking, click the no-show icon to the right of their entry on the Parties list or select ‘No-show’ in the booking details menu.

Seat the booking
If the party did arrive but wasn’t seated in the RMS, click the seat icon to the right of their entry on the Parties list or select ‘Seat and complete’ in the booking details menu
Note: Unresolved bookings cannot be seated or marked as a no-show more than 2 days after the date of their booking
