If you need to update a guest's information or want to send them a message, click on the diner's name on the main queue management page.
Once you've clicked on the diner, you'll be brought to their personal page. In this section, you'll be able to edit their wait time, update their party size and phone number, as well as send the diner messages.
Edit Wait Time: Click 'Edit wait time' then input the amount of time you think the next table will be available - e.g. 20 minutes.
Note - you will not need to send the diner a follow up message with the change in their time. The diner will automatically receive an update on their weblink when a change in their wait time has occurred.
Edit Phone Number: Click on the pencil icon, update the phone number and click save.
Edit Party Size: Click on the pencil icon, update the party size, and add an estimated wait time.
Note - an estimated wait is needed as it's assumed that different party sizes will have different wait times.
Thinking of sending a message to a diner?
Want to say hello or ask a guest whether they're on their way? You can also do this on the customer information section!
To send a message, either double tap a pre-saved template message or customise a message to them.
Want to change the saved template messages? No problem! To do so, head to the Templates section in settings on the system.
To edit a message, click the pencil icon. After you're done amending the message, simply click the green save button.
Note - you can also delete a save template message if you'd like. To do so, press the red bin icon.
