With Dojo bookings you can get discovered by new customers, take reservations and seat diners automatically. It allows you to run your restaurant easily with a single online system. You can now follow our simple application process in the Dojo for Business App. You can either complete this yourself or speak to your Payments Consultant.
Where do I sign up for Dojo bookings?
First, sign in to the Dojo for Business App. Navigate to Tools in the left-hand menu and select Dojo bookings. Here you can see information about the Dojo bookings product. To start an application, click Apply now.
Next, complete the questions in the flow (shown below). These questions help us to gather information from you that will help us to approve your account and set you up as easy as possible.
Click Email and sign agreement to complete your application.
You will receive an email from DocuSign within a few minutes, please check your junk and spam folders.
What happens after I submit my application?
1) Sign your DocuSign agreement
2) Your application is reviewed & approved
3) Expect an email from our team to schedule a call to set-up your Dojo Bookings account
1) Sign your DocuSign agreement
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a service agreement to your email address from DocuSign. Click Review Documents in the DocuSign email and follow the steps within the document to add your signature and finish your application.
Once you’ve signed your agreement, if you navigate back to the Dojo for Business App, you can track the progress of your application.
2) Your application is reviewed & approved
Our team and GoCardless Ltd will then review your application: In most cases this should take only a couple of minutes to receive but can be longer depending on the information provided. While your application is being reviewed, this does not mean you have been accepted yet as a Dojo Bookings customer.
Once you are approved, you will receive two emails:

An email from Dojo bookings to set up a password to access your account
Your new Dojo Bookings account will automatically created - this email allows you to set up a new password to be able to log into your new account.

An email from GoCardless Ltd to confirm your direct debit set-up
You will also receive confirmation of the successful set-up of your Direct Debit from GoCardless Ltd.
Review that these details are correct and get in touch with the contact provided if you need to correct these.
3) Expect an email from our team to schedule a call to set-up your Dojo Bookings account
Once your application has been approved, you can expect an email from our onboarding team to organise a time to set-up your Dojo bookings account. From here, your next steps will take place in the Dojo bookings RMS. Read our Getting Started with Dojo Bookings guide for more information on what to expect as part of your account set up.

Why do I need to answer questions related to taking deposits?
We require additional information about the frequency and amount of deposit payments to support our underwriting process.
When will my free trial period start?
Your free trial period will begin from the date of signing your DocuSign agreement. This will last for 30 days before any payment is taken.
