Dojo holds one set of bank account details for your business. We use this to transfer your takings, and also for your monthly Direct Debit.

You’ll need to send us documents (such as a bank statement) to verify your bank details.
Select your business type to find out what details are required:
Sole Trader
A photograph or PDF of one of the following documents from your bank:
- Official letter
- Bank statement
OR
A screenshot of one of the following:
- Online banking account (including the URL in the address bar)
- Mobile banking app
The document must contain all of the following:
- Your full name (this must be the same as your registered Sole Trader name)
- Your sort code and account number
- Account type (this must be a business or current account)
Partnership
A photograph or PDF of one of the following documents from your bank:
- Official letter
- Bank statement
OR
A screenshot of one of the following:
- Online banking account (including the URL in the address bar)
- Mobile banking app
The document must contain all of the following:
- Your full Partnership name, including the full name of both partners
- Your sort code and account number
- Account type (this must be a business or current account)
Limited Company
A photograph or PDF of one of the following documents from your bank:
- Official letter
- Bank statement
OR
A screenshot of one of the following:
- Online banking account (including the URL in the address bar)
- Mobile banking app
The document must contain all of the following:
- The full name of the limited company (this must be the account holder)
- Your sort code and account number
- Account type (this must be a business or current account)
- The name of the limited company is shown in full with the sort code and account number and
- The director is also the Dojo account holder
Club or Society
A photograph or PDF of one of the following documents from your bank:
- Official letter
- Bank statement
OR
A screenshot of one of the following:
- Online banking account (including the URL in the address bar)
- Mobile banking app
The document must contain all of the following:
- The name of the club or society (this may be shortened to fit on the page)
- Your sort code and account number
- Account type (this must be a business or current account)
Download your documents
Need help getting the right documents? Select your bank below for instructions on how to download what you need from your online banking account.
Bank of Ireland
Your electronic bank statement is automatically displayed as a PDF. Select ‘Print’ or ‘Save a copy’ from the toolbar or the ‘File’ menu.
Bank of Scotland
Select your account and select ‘Print’ at the bottom of the screen. Choose ‘Save as PDF’ to download the statement.
Barclays
Select an account from the online banking homepage, then select the ‘Statements’ tab on the summary page. Your statement will be shown as a PDF.
Note: You must be registered for online statements in order to view them online.
The Co-Operative Bank
Select ‘Statements’ from the menu on the left and choose your bank account. Select a statement number then click ‘Print’ at the top of the page. Right-click on your statement and select ‘Save as PDF.’
First Direct
Access your bank statements and select ‘Print’ at the bottom of the screen. Enter your required time period (3 or 6 months) and click ‘Print’ again. Select ‘Save as PDF.’
Halifax
Select your bank account and click ‘Print’ at the bottom of the screen. On the preview screen, click ‘Print’ again and select ‘Save to PDF.’
HSBC
Select your bank account. Click ‘Previous Statements’ in the left-hand panel and select a month to view. Click ‘Print’ at the bottom of the page, then click ‘Save.’
Lloyds Bank
Select your account and click ‘Print’ at the bottom of the screen. Select ‘Print’ again, then ‘Save as PDF.’
M&S Bank
Select ‘Print’ in your online bank account to view a print-friendly copy of your bank statements. Take a photograph of this to share with Dojo. You cannot currently download M&S bank statements as a PDF.
Metro Bank
Select your bank account and download a copy of your latest bank statement from the top panel.
Monzo
Tap the Home icon in the menu bar, then tap ‘Manage’ to the right of your transaction feed. Tap ‘Bank Statements’ and select your date range. Then, select PDF as the format.
Nationwide
Select your bank account. Click ‘Statement’ on the left of the screen, then click ‘Archive.’ Save your statement as a PDF.
Natwest
Click ‘Statements’ in the left-hand panel then click ‘view Statement PDFs.’ Select an account, set the time period, then click ‘Download Statement (PDF).’
Royal Bank of Scotland
Click ‘Statements’ in the left-hand panel then click ‘view Statement PDFs.’ Select an account, set the time period, then click ‘Download Statement (PDF).’
Santander
Select ‘View Transactions.’ Select your bank account and a date range. Click ‘Print’ at the top of the screen and then click ‘Save to PDF.’
Starling
Open the account menu in the top-right corner of the screen and select ‘Statements.’ Tap ‘Statement History’ and select a date range. Select ‘Export in PDF’ and choose whether to export in ‘Certified’ or ‘Standard’ format.
Tesco Bank
Mobile app: Pull down on the transaction screen to access PDFs.
Online: Select your bank account. Click ‘View your Statements’ in the right-hand panel. Set the time period and access PDFs in the main window.
TSB
Select your account and click ‘Print’ at the bottom of the screen. Select ‘Print’ again, then ‘Save as PDF.’
