Your Dojo account keeps a record of all your business’s transactions that were taken through Dojo.
Log in to your account or open the Dojo app to view your transaction list. You can also tap the ‘Transactions’ icon at the bottom of the app, or click ‘Transactions’ in the web sidebar.
Transactions are organised by date and at a glance tell you the card scheme, time, and transaction amount. Refunds are recorded in red with a negative value, and Declined transactions are scored through and marked with a prohibited symbol.
Transaction Details
Tap or click on a transaction to view the full details. On the app, tap ‘Transaction Details’ to see all available information:
- Transaction date and time
- Transaction type
- Card scheme and card number
- Transaction location
- Unique transaction ID
How to filter the transactions list
Apply filters to search for specific transactions. This allows you to easily reconcile your takings with your transfers in a given period of time, or identify whether a particular payment has gone through. You can filter by:
- Location (if your account has multiple locations)
- Date range
-
Time range
-
If your business’s trading hours run over two days (like a nightclub or takeaway for example) and you are on the 3am banking window, change your time range to 03:00-03:00 to easily see transactions taken during your trading hours.
Note: If you enable the 03:00-03:00 time range filter, selecting the date range for ‘today’ will display transactions taken within the current 03:00-03:00 window. Similarly, ‘yesterday’ displays transactions taken within the previous 03:00-03:00 window.
