With your Dojo account you will be provided reference ID's and numbers. To identify each one, please see below. You can log in to your Dojo web app here.
In this article:
Customer reference
What is a customer reference number? Your customer reference is a unique number that we use to identify your Dojo account. Your customer reference relates to your legal entity and will remain the same if you have multiple locations.
Where to find it: You can find it on the email we sent when you joined us and it begins with SP. You'll also find it by logging into your account or app. It’s useful to make a note as you may need it when calling us. When logged into the web app you will find your reference on the left hand side of the screen. On the mobile app you will find your reference number under 'Account' at the top of the screen.
Merchant ID
What is a merchant ID? As well as a customer reference, you’ll have a Merchant ID which is used to identify each location on your account. If you have multiple locations, you will have a Merchant ID for each one.
Where to find it: You can find this on your Dojo invoice and by logging into your account or by going to account and then locations.
Serial Number
What is a Serial Number? The serial number of the card machine is used to identify the exact device.
Where to find it: You can find this number on the back of the machine near the barcode. You can also find the full SN when you print a end of day report.
Terminal ID
What is a Terminal ID? Each of your card machines has a unique Terminal ID, separate to the serial number on the back of the machine.
Where to find it: You can find this in the 'Tools' menu on the Dojo app. Select 'Card Machines' to see all the machines on your account, and choose one to see it's Terminal ID. You can also see the TID for a machine when you print a end of day report.
