If your business has multiple trading locations it’s easy to get each of them set up on your Dojo account with their own card machines.
Your Dojo account tracks all your locations’ transactions in one place and allows you to keep an eye on your entire business wherever you are.

Note: Different locations must be attached to a single legal entity. Contact your Payment Consultant if you would like to use Dojo at a business under a different legal entity.
Add a location to your Dojo account
Contact your Payment Consultant to help set up Dojo at your other business locations.
If you can’t get hold of them, get in touch with our customer service team.
Once your location has been added, it will appear in your Dojo account under ‘Account’ in the ‘Locations’ tab.
Customise your location’s nickname
Give each of your locations a nickname. This is a label attached to transactions to help you easily identify which location they took place at.
- Log in to the Dojo app or your account
- Tap 'Account' and then select 'Locations'
- From your location list, tap the business address you'd like to add a nickname for
- Tap the pen icon on the right hand side of 'Location nickname' to edit it
- Enter your nickname and tap 'Done'
Customise your location’s transfer reference
Set your custom transfer reference for each location, so that you can quickly and easily identify each location’s transfers at a glance.
- Log in to the Dojo app or your account
- Tap ‘Account’ and then tap the settings icon at the top of the screen
- Select the location you’d like to customise
- Tap into the transfer reference field and add your custom text.
We recommend the transfer reference is the same as your location’s nickname.
- Tap ‘Confirm’ to finish.
Review transactions by location
The location of each transaction is recorded in your Dojo account and your full list of transactions can be filtered by location.

Billing
Every month, we’ll send you an invoice for each of your business locations. Your billing cycle will be 30 days after the date your account is approved.
If you sign up additional locations at different times, they’ll be on a separate billing cycle. We’ve included an example below for you:
