How to pay your monthly invoice
We collect payment for your monthly invoice by Direct Debit. If there’s a problem and we’re unable to take payment, we’ll automatically carry over the balance and try to collect payment the following month, with your next Direct Debit. We’ll get in touch to let you know if this happens.
Note: you need to ensure you always have an active direct debit on your account.
