Our delivery partner DPD will send you updates by email and SMS to let you know when your order's on the way. Manage your order directly with DPD by clicking the link in their notifications.
You can also view all your orders on the Dojo for business app:

Select ‘Tools’ from the navigation bar, then select ‘Card machines’

On the Dojo for business mobile app, tap the three-dot icon (
 ) and select ‘Card machine orders.’ On the Dojo for business website, select ‘Orders’ at the top of the page

You’ll see a list of your card machine orders, summarised by location
- Select each order to see more information.
You can see the full details of your card machine order, including:
- Order status (Placed / Dispatched / Delivered)
- Order details (the model and number of card machines)
- Delivery address
- Order number
- Trading location
- Trading location address
Once your card machine is dispatched, select ‘Track package’ to amend delivery information and get live updates directly from DPD.
