The outcome of each of your transactions is recorded on the transaction details screen and is included in the exported CSV file of all your transactions.

Authorised |
The transaction has been fully approved by the card issuing bank and the amount will be debited from the cardholder if it’s a sale, or credited to the cardholder if it’s a refund. |

Declined |
The transaction has been declined by the card issuing bank. No funds will be debited from the cardholder. |

Reversed |
The transaction has been reversed and no funds will be debited from the cardholder. |

Under review |
The transaction has been approved by the card issuing bank but Dojo needs to investigate and we might contact you for more information. The transaction amount will not be included in your transfer until our investigation is completed. Depending on the outcome of our investigation, it will become an Authorised or Held transaction and treated as such. |

Held |
The transaction has been investigated by Dojo and we have decided not to include it in your transfer. We will contact you with additional information and the next steps you can take. |
