If your card machine isn't turning on or its screen isn't lighting up:
- Unplug the power cable from the charging base, wait for ten seconds and then reconnect.

Check all cables are firmly connected to the charging base and the card machine battery pack is in place.
- Try plugging the cable directly into your card machine (the charging port is marked ! on the diagram opposite). Then try turning it on.
