Your Dojo Go supports accessible methods for processing an in-person sale if your customer is unable to enter their PIN number on the touchscreen. These are:
Contactless payments

Enter the transaction amount
- Ask the cardholder to hold their contactless payment device (normally a card or smart device) by the contactless reader on the top of the card machine
Swiping the card and requesting a signature

Enter the transaction amount

Swipe the cardholder's card through the magnetic strip at the top of the card machine, between the screen and contactless reader
- Print off a receipt and ask the cardholder to sign it and check that their signature matches the one on the card before completing the transaction.
